We stand completely behind every resource we share. If anything goes wrong on our side, we will make it right immediately and generously:
- A download link doesn’t work or a video won’t play
- A promised file, live session, or template is missing or not as described
- You experience any technical problem that prevents you from using the material
- The content is materially different from what was advertised
